These classes are well suited for those newer to yoga and/or less fit.joint range of motion, increased lung capacity, and improved sense of balance align with our specific wellness needs as we age. 

The Focus is on basic alignment, gentle stretching and the breath in a supportive environment for beginners and continuing practitioners.

Continuing studies that balance strength with flexibility, refine alignment techniques and begin to build endurance. Fine for those newer to yoga, if you are physically fit.

More challenging classes that help you expand your practice on all levels; building stamina, strength and a steady mind in a serious, but playful environment. Not recommended for the beginner.

Beginner Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga - The Yoga of Awareness as taught by Yogi Bhajan is an empowering practice of yoga kriyas, mudra, breath work, mantra, deep meditation and relaxation allowing you to experience deeper harmony and balance into a state of relaxed bliss. The power of the practice clears out accumulated stress, and uncovers the natural source of energy and light within. Suitable for all levels.

50+ Yoga

Practicing yoga at every age has endless benefits, but yoga is especially rewarding as we get older. The enhanced flexibility joint range of motion, increased lung capacity, and improved sense of balance align with our specific wellness needs as we age.

Chair Supported Yoga

Mon 1:00p

This gentle yoga class blends stretching and breathing activities with traditional yoga poses. We will use the chair for modifications and to access the body in a gentle way; floor work optional. Appropriate for everyone, especially those with physical limitations or medical restrictions. Come breathe, move and relax with us.
