Intro to Meditation

Meditation allows every cell in our bodies to be filled with more energy and has been proven to be one of the most beneficial practices we can have for general well-being. It reduces stress, promotes health and allows us to develop a relationship with oneself. With regular meditation, we experience a decrease in anxiety, an increase in our emotional stability, and an improved sense of creativity, intuition and general well-being.
In this 4 week series you will develop a daily meditation practice following the viewpoints of the Bhagvat Geetaa, Advita Vedaanta, Innertunning, and the Course in Miracles.
We will use breath control and mantra to quiet our minds and move into the stillness of the present moment.

Meditation directs our awareness inwards and trains the mind to hold focus and stillness.
Join Manny Muros in an ongoing meditation class that will support you in building a continued personal practice.
Classes are well suited for beginners with some meditation experience and those with more practice experience. Group meditation is recommended for all students who have completed our Intro to Meditation series.

Oh the Love of Monkhood… This 4am class is to start understanding Monastic life and specialty techniques which will be for the individual. What techniques and practice is decided, case by case basis.
Kriyā & Bandha - Purification and blockages releasing up and out. Energy understood from the Cakra-s and Sahasrāra.
Breath work to expand into the higher bodies.
The Beyond of conscious ability at the present moment.
