Meditation allows every cell in our body to be filled with more energy and has been proven to be one of the most beneficial practices we can have for general well-being. It reduces stress, promotes health and allows us to develop a relationship with oneself. With regular meditation, we experience a decrease in anxiety, an increase in our emotional stability, and an improved sense of creativity, intuition and general well-being.
In this 4 week series you will develop a daily meditation practice following the viewpoints of the Bhagvat Geetaa, Advita Vedaanta, InnerTuning, and the Course in Miracles.
We will use breath control and mantra to quiet our minds and move into the stillness of the present moment.
