Non-Energy Workshop Techniques
This workshop will focus on cultivating techniques which will allow the practitioner to sit for meditation with moderate movement in order to keep the focus on the depth of the meditation and less upon the aching body.
First Hour: Warm ups; seven positions which train the Being for body movement. Five Tibetans Sequence of five deep body movements which allow action in small quarters. Sun Salutation; movement needing space and feeling the expansion of the opening body.
Second Hour: Walking Meditation or Vipassana Meditation; Guided meditation which allows for labeling the consciousness. Releasing the layers of everything except emptiness.
Third Hour: Yoga Nidra; Guided Sleep meditation for deep relaxation and body awareness.
