Practicing Presence- Tips to Integrate a Busy Body and a Mindful Life

 Come to this 90-minute workshop with Kerri to practice new skills for being present with yourself amongst the everyday distractions of your life.

Kerri Morrison, LMHC, GCHP has over 5 years of experience helping her clients to shift their thoughts to align better with their sense of “wholeness”. Rather than ignoring the “chattering mind” and the “difficult workday” that you have just come from, she will help you to work with those outside irritations and still find a way of connecting with your inner guidance and wellbeing.

In this workshop, Kerri will use a combination of Energy Psychology perspectives and holistic awareness skills to help you shift your thoughts into a mindful and harmonious direction. Additionally, she will be using her background in Reiki, and offer intuitive healing tools to support the improved vibration of all students in the class.

A licensed mental health counselor with more than 7,000 hours of clinical experience, Kerri has helped hundreds of individuals improve the quality of their life, self-confidence and their relationships. In addition to owning and operating Awaken Holistic Counseling Services, she is a certified holistic psychotherapist & coach, an inspirational speaker, and a certified Reiki practitioner. She believes healing and growth are always possible, and when people are ready, they can "awaken" to their true potential.  Thriving as an adult with ADHD, she aims to empower, model and encourage others to finally step into their greatness.
