Come and experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation. We begin with Yoga Nidra, “yogic sleep”, a lying-down guided practice. This method leads you through the layers of your being; physical, emotional, and energetic, to release the roots of tensions and knots. Yoga Nidra brings us to a place of calm and clarity through complete relaxation.
Then we transition to Mindful Yoga, simple repetitive movements led by breath. These movements are designed to ease and clear the body, specifically the hips and spine, integrating the relaxation gained in the Yoga Nidra practice.
We complete this time together with a short, seated meditation practice.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners to both yoga and meditation, as well as more experienced practitioners of either discipline interested in an integrative practice.
