Introduction to Yoga

Come experience the many physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of developing a yoga practice. This class focuses on the basics for those entirely new to yoga and is run in six week sessions. The series includes unlimited attendance at Ongoing Yoga classes.

Easy Does It Yoga
with Rose Russo
A perfect class for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of alignment and take class a little slower. We work on simple poses to stretch and strengthen all major muscles and joints, as well as develop greater relaxation in the entire body. Partner assisted poses are done regularly during the class. (Drop-ins $10).

A beginner level class that will gently stretch and strengthen all major muscles and joints. Emphasis will be on working with your body, wherever it is. Participants will learn deep breathing techniques for quieting the mind and yoga therapy exercises designed to open the body. Each class will begin with a short meditation and end with a final relaxation.
Meditative Yoga
with Jen Trupner
In a gentle and meditative flow you will explore basic alignment, gentle stretching and connection to the breath. Some restorative postures will be explored. The class will lead you to a calm and deep place within your self. Appropriate for beginners and continuing students.
Continuing studies that balance strength with flexibility, refine alignment techniques and begin to build endurance. Fine for those newer to yoga, if you are physically fit.
Early Bird Yoga

Start your morning off on the right foot (or hand or head)! Shaina will guide you through a progressive sequence building in intensity. You will leave feeling ready to face whatever the day has to bring you!
Yoga Fundamentals
with Leigh Snow
For students with some previous yoga experience, this class provides a sequential curriculum of the philosophy and universal principles of alignment of Anusara™ yoga. Empower your practice with deeper knowledge of the fundamentals; explore and expand into your next level safely.

More challenging classes that help you expand your practice on all levels; building stamina, strength and a steady mind in a serious, but playful environment. Not recommended for the beginner.
Master Class
with Marc St Pierre
Two hour Intermediate/Advanced class with Certified Anusara teacher Marc St.Pierre.
Radical expansion and play for seasoned practitioners - should be able to kick up into handstand at the wall and push up into wheel with straight arms. This class will rock!
$20 per class - membership and class cards do not apply.

Prenatal Yoga

Mom & Baby

For moms and babies,

This is an all-levels postpartum yoga class
specifically designed to strengthen your body after giving birth, and to nurture the bond between
you and your baby as you practice yoga together. We will focus on alleviating the aches and pains of
the postpartum body, strengthening the abdominal
and pelvic floor muscles and practicing relaxation

Chair-Supported Yoga - Less Is More (LIM)

LIM Yoga's gentle approach blends traditional poses with modifications and chair support. We put the theory of "Less Is More" into practice with soft movement and a simple awareness of the breath, calming the mind, relaxing the body, and promoting healing, flexibility and balance. If you've been hesitant to try yoga because of physical limitations or other medical restrictions, smile, relax, and start with where you are.

Hot & Spicy Yoga

Rest & Renew: Restorative Yoga

Join us for this quiet and gentle yoga practice. This class will incorporate mindful movement that releases physical and mental tensions while awakening the fluidity of spine and joints. This warm-up will enhance the benefit of the prop-supported resting poses. Resting poses with support results in layers of tension melting away, a quieting of the nervous system and a satisfying experience of calm, deep ease and spaciousness. The after effects of this practice is likened to a great massage!

Tao Yin Fa, a meridian style Qi Gong created by acupuncturist and martial artist Fabien Maman, the founder of Tama-Do, The Academy of Sound, Color and Movement. This healing exercise stretches and expands the energy meridians in the body to create balance and harmony between the mind and the body. Students will learn simple graceful movements along with the color and sound associated with each meridian. Tao Yin Fa movements stimulate overall health and a sense of well-being. Intro to Ayurveda
with Abi Axelrod
Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga and
literally means "the science of life." Abi Axelrod,
student at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, will
present a basic introduction to this early form
of medicine.
This session will help you begin to understand
your Dosha, live in balance with nature and
adjust well to seasonal changes. Abi will
