Ongoing Classes
Classes marked in green and yellow are ongoing classes. Become a Member, and attend as many ongoing classes as you wish, free of charge. Or stay flexible, and pay at the door as a Drop-In, or as a 10-Class Card holder.

Our General Yoga Classes are a blend of Kripalu, Anahata, and other styles, with some Anusara principles included by some teachers. We recommend that students new to yoga consider taking our Introduction to Yoga, for a safe and comfortable transition to ongoing classes. We encourage students to explore and honor their bodies in every class.

Our All Levels Yoga and Morning Yoga classes are generally gentler and slower, and appropriate for any level of experience and ability. Intermediate Yoga is a slightly stronger class, which will assume a basic knowledge of yoga postures.

All Levels Yoga
Our All Levels Yoga classes are appropriate for anyone from beginner to the seasoned practitioner and provide a well rounded sequence of postures and techniques to energize, open and balance your body and mind. Open to drop-ins; no charge for Yoga Center members.

Open Meditation
with Mark Schultz or Manny Muros
Most major spiritual practices draw water from a single spring: we are all part of the great current of Life. But without giving ourselves a place of stillness, and without supporting that stillness with the company of others, we can quickly lose sight of that source, forgetting both our greatness and our humility. There are many simple practices we may use to remember.

Be welcome Sunday mornings to an ongoing meditation, a perfect balance to your physical practices, and a community in support of your healthy life. Members and non-members welcome; payment by donation ($5 suggested minimum)

Less Is More
with Renee and Ginny
LIM Yoga's gentle approach blends traditional poses with modifications and chair support. The instructors put the theory of "Less is More" into practice with soft movement and a simple awareness of the breath, calming the mind, relaxing the body, and promoting healing, flexibility and balance. If you've been hesitant to try yoga because of physical limitations or other medical restrictions, smile, relax, and start with where you are. For more details, check out the website or the flyer.

Spiritual Intimacy - Yogic Tools for Living and Loving
with Manny Muros
The art of intimacy… Seeing and being seen… Sharing spiritual practice with another… Becoming one, becoming whole.

Spiritual Intimacy is a six week program that guides you in understanding the dynamics of relationships with a deeper understanding of how you relate to others.

Life is about connection and relationship. It’s the only thing that has value to the soul. The vibrations of the emotions become part of our soul’s energy, “the colors we carry”. Understanding our own energies lets us consciously create the feelings and connections we want to experience.

Class meets one night a week and is supplemented by home study and practice:
  • Explore the teachings of Tantric yogic philosophy.
  • Bring the energy of love into your being. Bring the divine into your relationships.
  • Know yourself, know your partner, know the space that you inhabit together.
  • Learn to create the relationships you want to have.

We will work in a safe and supportive environment to cultivate the best that we have within ourselves and create a new foundation for all our relationships.

Class appropriate for couples or individuals.
